A few years ago,Seth Taylor with Brightwire Services LLC installed a whole-home generator for us. The unit itself ended up giving us some trouble through absolutely no fault of Seth’s—it was a Generac issue—but every single time we needed him, Seth was there quickly and did everything he could to make it right. Honestly, I’ve always felt like he went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn’t even his to begin with. And now it’s flawless But that’s actually not what this post is about. We recently needed some help with a bad wire, and once again, Seth came out quickly to take care of us. When he came inside to talk to us, something happened that probably seemed completely ordinary to him—but to us, it was huge. Baby Ross ran right up to Seth. He looked him up and down, gave him a big smile, and ran away. A few seconds later, he came running right back…and wanted Seth to pick him up. For most families, that probably doesn’t sound like anything remarkable. For us, I could have cried. (I definitely did not..okay maybe a little 😭) For the first year of Ross’s life almost all of the strangers he met were doctors, nurses, techs, and medical staff during countless hospital visits, appointments, procedures, tests, pokes, and prods. Because of that, Ross has developed a very real fear of people he doesn’t know. And I don’t mean he’s a little shy. I mean he RUNS and hides. He won’t even willingly go to my sister who he sees about once a month. 😂 So watching our little boy walk straight up to Seth, smile at him, come back, put his arms up, and let Seth hold him touched my heart more than Seth probably realized. Apparently Ross is an excellent judge of character. ❤️ So after years of Seth taking care of our generator needs, showing up when we need him, and going above and beyond for our family, Brightwire Services has officially earned the highest possible certification: Baby Ross Approved. 😂❤️ We would recommend Seth and Brightwire Services over and over again for your generator needs. And apparently, if you need to have a new contractor vetted before letting them work on your house, just bring them by. We’ll let Baby Ross run his test. 😂 I unfortunately did not snap a photo because I was to busy definitely not crying.

Arrived within 45 mins of calling - did an excellent job

We had an issue with a breaker that was causing some major issues with our appliances (dishwasher and hot water heater). Brightwire Services was able to come out the same week I inquired and got us all fixed up. Everything has worked perfectly since. They are extremely trustworthy, to the point I felt comfortable allowing them to come and complete the job while my husband and I were both gone. They worked quickly, efficiently, and reliably. I try my best to support local, and I could have had a better experience with a local business!
